Common Questions
What shape racket is best for beginners?
Teardrop. It gives you the biggest sweet spot while still offering enough power to make the game satisfying. That’s why it’s the only shape we stock.
How heavy is this racket?
Around 360g — light enough to swing for hours without arm fatigue, but heavy enough to feel solid on contact.
What’s included?
Each racket includes a Paloma wrist band. Doubles Set includes two rackets and two wrist bands. Squad Set includes four rackets and four wrist bands.
Can I return it if it’s not right?
Yes — 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Email hello@paloma.social and we’ll sort it.
Is this the same quality as more expensive rackets?
The 3K carbon fibre frame and EVA foam core are the same materials used in rackets costing $300+. We just skip the markup and the jargon.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free within New Zealand. If your order isn’t quite right, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
