This website is operated by Paloma (Oliver Group Ltd). By visiting our site and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Product colours may vary slightly from images shown on screen.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. We process payments securely through Shopify Payments. If an item is out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across New Zealand. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. We'll send you tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@paloma.social. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Limitation of Liability

Paloma provides products in good faith and to the best of our ability. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, except as required under New Zealand consumer law.
