About Pacific Padel Albany

Pacific Padel is the largest padel operator in New Zealand, with clubs in Albany, St Johns, and Christchurch (Wilding Park), plus more on the way. Albany is the flagship — and it shows.

The four Padel Galis courts sit within Albany Tennis Park, surrounded by trees and open space that gives the venue a pleasant, airy feel that's rare in an urban sports facility. Free parking is plentiful, which matters if you're coming from across the Shore. A warm-up zone lets you get loose before your match, and showers are available if you need to freshen up afterwards.

The pro shop stocks padel equipment for purchase, and racket hire is available for $7. A clubhouse café/bar is in development — so it's only going to improve as the facility continues to evolve.

Pacific Padel Albany has an active events calendar: weekly social nights, tournaments, and competitive events including the Pacific Padel Albany Open 2026 (27 Feb–1 Mar 2026, Tier 2 national event, sanctioned by Padel NZ). Whether you're new to the sport or already competing, there's a format for you.
