Common Questions
Which Paloma racket should I choose?
Paloma Pink and Ivory Green have the same specifications: a carbon fibre frame, high-density EVA foam core, teardrop shape and weight of around 360g. Pick your favourite colour, or mix colours in a set.
How many rackets are in each set?
Individual products contain one racket. The Doubles Set contains two rackets, and the Squad Set contains four. Each racket includes a wrist band. Choose your colour mix before adding to your bag.
Are balls or court hire included?
No. Balls and court bookings are separate. Lifestyle photographs show the rackets in use; the selected product and colour mix determine what is included in your order.
Can I return a gift if it is not right?
Our standard returns policy applies to gifts: 30 days from delivery, with items unused and in their original packaging. Contact hello@paloma.social for help, and see our returns policy for details.
How long does NZ delivery take?
Standard NZ shipping is free. Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery of 3–5 business days, or 5–7 for rural addresses. Peak periods and public holidays can take longer. See our shipping policy; for a date-sensitive gift, contact us before ordering.
